The Senior Aluminum CNC Fabricator is a highly skilled fabrication professional responsible for performing advanced architectural aluminum extrusion fabrication while serving as the primary operator, programmer, and technical expert for the RhinoFab automated fabrication system. This role ensures accurate machine programming, maximizes production efficiency, minimizes material waste, and maintains the highest standards of quality and safety.

This position serves as a technical resource within the fabrication shop and supports production through skilled workmanship, troubleshooting, automation expertise, and continuous process improvement. While the role does not carry direct supervisory responsibility, it may provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to other fabrication personnel.

The Commercial Glass Estimator plays a critical role in driving the continued growth and success of Lake Glass. This position is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive estimates and proposals for commercial glazing projects while ensuring every bid is complete, well-scoped, and aligned with project requirements.

Working closely with project managers, vendors, manufacturers, and company leadership, the Estimator evaluates project opportunities, performs detailed takeoffs, develops pricing strategies, and helps position Lake Glass to win profitable work. As a Commercial Foreman Glazier, you will lead glazing crews on commercial construction projects in Florida. You will oversee the safe, accurate, and timely installation of glass and aluminum systems, including curtain walls, storefronts, entrance systems, windows, doors, skylights, and structural glazing, while ensuring full compliance with the Florida Building Code, high-wind load requirements, and wind-borne debris protection standards. You will coordinate closely with general contractors, other trades, architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver projects that meet architectural specifications, building codes, and our high standards for quality and safety.
