Lake Glass & Mirror provides a Drug-Free Workplace. It prohibits the presence of certain items and substances on project or company premises and property. It prohibits project and company personnel and others from reporting to work, working, or being present on project or company premises while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or other unauthorized substances or with a measurable quantity of alcohol, illegal drugs, or other unauthorized substances present in the body. At-Will Employment
The relationship between you and Lake Glass & Mirror, Inc. is referred to as “Employment at Will.” This means that your employment can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by you or Lake Glass & Mirror, Inc. No representative of Lake Glass & Mirror, Inc. has the authority to enter into any agreement contrary to the foregoing “employment at will” relationship. You understand that your employment is “at will” and that you acknowledge that no oral or written statements or representations regarding your employment can alter your at-will employment status, except for a written statement signed by you and either our Vice President or Director of Human Resources.
